Tom has over 15 years experience in the health and fitness industry focusing on nutrition programs, personal training, functional training and supplementation. Tom designs customized nutrition programs, the missing link in most health programs. He uses H.I.T. (High Intensity Training) with his clients, unique for its ability to optimize ones strength training in a short period of time by controlling the repetition speed and program design such as intensity variables.
