The fitness calculators are designed to enable you to view your overall health. The BMI (Body Mass Index) is not important. It is based off of your height and weight. If you took a 200 pound male with 30% body fat and another 200 pound male with 10% body fat it would indicate they were both overweight even though the one with 10% body fat is obviously leaner. The most important one to use is the body fat calculator. Remember, your weight is not important. Its your pounds of body fat and the amount of lean muscle mass you have. When you do measurements do them first thing when you wake up. Also do them three times and average them for a more accurate measurement.
