About Us

Tom Ellis is the owner of DELLIS HEALTH & PERFORMANCE, a nutrition and exercise company, which teaches nutrition and exercise for a healthy lifestyle. Tom has over 30 years experience in the health and fitness industry focusing on nutrition programs, personal training, functional training and supplementation. Tom works with his clients to “tweak and tune” their nutritional needs to achieve their goals. This is the missing link in most health programs. He uses H.I.T (high intensity training) with his clients, unique for its ability to optimize one's strength training in a short period of time by controlling the repetition speed and program design such as intensity variables. 


Over the years, Tom has learned the value of the mind and body connection. A proponent of meditation, Qi Gong, and relaxation techniques. Tom also offers clients lifestyle coaching with a focus on stress management. 


Strength of mind, body and spirit. 

Tom’s philosophy on health and fitness is holistic and simple. “Create balance in your life and make your health a priority. Without it you have nothing. Your priorities should be health, family and work - in that order. Health and fitness are achieved through a combination of proper nutrition, strength training, cardiovascular exercise and — increasingly important as we age —functional training”.
